XIAOPAI plastic pellets for film extrusion include PLA (polylactic acid) and CPLA (crystalline PLA) bioplastic grades, engineered for blown film extrusion, cast film extrusion, sheet extrusion and injection moulding. PLA and CPLA are biodegradable and compostable per EN 13432, ASTM D6400 and TUV OK Compost standards, suitable for food-contact applications (FDA, EU 10/2011). Typical applications include biodegradable shopping bags, fruit and vegetable bags, agricultural mulch film, food service ware (cups, cutlery, containers) and compostable packaging. The pellets are supplied in 25 kg moisture-proof bags or 1000 kg octabins, with technical support on processing temperature, screw design and drying parameters.
