Shaft-type pneumatic loading with automatic loading/unloading. Suitable for high-speed slitting and rewinding of various large coils from 30 to 300 g/m². Equipped with EPC automatic correction and PLC constant-tension control for neat winding and precise tension.

3. Main Components
1. Unwinding Department
Independent correction and discharging rack with inclined hydraulic lifting; safety chuck locking.
EPC lateral correction mechanism and automatic tension control.
Pneumatic feeding/unloading rack for fast loading; magnetic powder tension + PLC auto-calculated roll diameter.
U-shaped ultrasonic correction with high sensitivity; 30mm guide rail underneath for correction.
Spec: roll width 300-1100mm, max unwinding φ1400mm, magnetic tension 200N·M, EPC accuracy ±0.4mm, max load 1000kg.
2. Offset & Guide Roller
Manual deviation structure; both ends of offset roller adjustable up/down; imported bearings.
Dynamic-balanced rollers for vibration-free, smooth running; aluminum roller surface plain-weave oxidized and hardened.
Spec: offset roller φ100×1250mm, guide roller φ100×1250mm×4, deviation range ±20mm.
3. Traction Drive
Asynchronous vector servo variable-frequency motor drive; synchronous belt drive.
Active traction roller of steel structure; double-roller-to-roll steel-flexible combination; rubber roller clutched with pneumatic pressure adjustment.
Isolates unwind/wind tension; servo drive for stable, high-accuracy tension.
Spec: drive steel roller φ150mm, glue roller φ120mm nitrile rubber 70-75°, max pressure 200kg, roller length 1150mm, balance ≤5g, traction motor 5.5kW.
4. Slitting Part
Round knife slitting method; upper and lower occlusal transmission cutting.
Edge material blown to waste bin by exhaust fan; 10 sets of round knives.
5. Winding Pressure Roller
Swing arm turret ×2; pneumatic clutch pressure.
Pressure changes with diameter for neat winding.

6. Receiving Department
Key-strip type air expansion shaft up/down winding; automatic tension control.
Pneumatic locking of winding shaft; motor active winding.
Air shaft adapts to wide material range; PLC auto-calculates roll diameter for precise tension.

7. Unloading Device
Upper end contacts air shaft; open buckle to push material to unloading rack.
Up/down movement auto-completed with limit device; external rotary button.

40mm thick steel plate; formed from 45mm thick steel plate (effective shock absorption).

Multiple pneumatic and hydraulic actuators; centralized panel operation via solenoid valve.
