The WRJ Fi9-1300A is the high-speed variant of the 1300 mm solventless laminating platform. It is built for converters running long production runs at higher line speeds, where throughput per shift and changeover time drive the business case more than machine price.

A1: Not if the machine is configured for your structure. Speed limits on solventless are set by adhesive handling, coat weight control and tension stability, not by the motor. We run trials on your own films before you commit.

Q2: What changeover time should I expect?

A2: Solventless has no purge cycle between jobs, so changeovers are typically 20 to 40% shorter than solvent-based. The exact figure depends on your splicing method and how many width changes you make per shift.

Q3: Can I visit the factory before ordering?

A3: Yes. XIAOPAI arranges visits to the SINSTAR Chongqing plant so you can audit production, run a trial on your own films and meet the engineering team.
