WRJ i9-1000A Solventless Laminator | XIAOPAI
The WRJ i9-1000A is the 1000 mm working width version of the i9 solventless laminating platform. It suits converters running narrower webs, short to medium runs, or a second laminating line dedicated to a specific structure, without paying for capacity they will not use.

WHY THIS MATTERS
A 1000 mm line is often the right answer for converters whose order mix does not justify a 1300 mm machine, or who want a dedicated second line for a high-frequency structure. Lower capital cost and smaller footprint, with the same solventless process benefits.

FAQ
Q1: 1000 mm or 1300 mm, which should I buy?
A1: It depends on your order mix, not your largest job. If most of your volume is narrow and only occasional jobs need 1300 mm, the 1000 mm machine plus outsourced wide work is usually cheaper. Send your width distribution and we will calculate it.
Q2: Can I retrofit to a wider machine later?
A2: Not in practice. Working width is built into the frame, rollers and coating head. Choose the width from your three-year order plan, not from today orders.
Q3: Is solventless suitable for retort applications?
A3: It can be, but retort is one of the structures where solvent-based or specific adhesive systems still hold an advantage. Tell us the structure and the retort conditions and we will advise honestly.
