Technical Parameters
How It Works
Load switching — the vacuum interrupter opens and closes rated load current; the arc is extinguished inside the vacuum bottle within the first current zero.
Fault interruption — short-circuit current above the switch rating is cleared by the current-limiting fuse, not the switch.
Interlock — when any fuse operates, its striker pin drives the trip mechanism and opens all three poles, preventing single-phase running.
Isolation — after opening, the switch provides a visible isolating gap for safe maintenance.
